Ryan Horton
Ryan is an Oregon Licensed Home Inspector (CCB #247608), Oregon Certified Home Inspector (OCHI #2712), and ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) certified inspector. He is additionally certified as a Radon Measurement Professional with the NRPP (#114148 RMP). He has been providing home inspection services since 2016 and has a long history in construction involving many trades. This hands-on background, in addition to ongoing education, provides the technical knowledge needed to provide a comprehensive evaluation of a home.
However, technical knowledge is not the only tool needed to fully inform a buyer or seller as to the condition of the property. Interpretation of these findings, both in person and written, is a key component in the process and good communication is always maintained to ensure that the client is confident that they have the information needed to move forward.
