A home inspection is a vital step in the buying or selling process and provides the client with a well-rounded overview of the condition of a structure as well as its various systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and roofing. The inspection process we use is to visit a property and gather data in the form of photos and notes which concludes with a verbal debrief and walk around. A comprehensive digital report is then completed off-site and delivered by email, typically within 24 hours. We strive to take the needs of each client to heart and tailor communication in a way that addresses specific individuals; a first-time buyer will likely be interested in more granular detail than a seasoned investor.
